The Northwest area of Las Vegas has been the fastest growing Metro area in the US, and for good reason. It has a low unemployment rate, and high employment growth. Luxury homes in this area are expensive only relative to the consumer. In many areas, there are still lots available to build out an expansive custom mansion. Some of the luxury communities in this area are Providence and Desert Shores which are also highly desirable master planned communites.
Northwest Las Vegas is a 73 square mile area west of Interstate 15, and north of U.S. Highway 95. It has both newer planned communities, and the area’s oldest neighborhood, nicknamed the Scotch 80s. There are also condos and townhouses where an amazing pool is basically standard. There is no need to feel out of place if you aren't from the area, 66.9% of residents are from out of state.
